Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ShipAd account and how to disconnect any ad-platform accounts you have connected to ShipAd.


Delete your ShipAd account and all associated data

  1. Sign in to ShipAd.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

We acknowledge the request immediately and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (for example, tax and payment records).

If you cannot sign in, email nathaniel.crowell12@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion manually.


Disconnect a connected Meta or Google Ads account without deleting your ShipAd account

If you want to keep your ShipAd account but remove and purge your ad-platform data:

  1. Sign in to ShipAd.
  2. Go to Settings → Connected Ad Accounts.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the Meta or Google Ads account you want removed.

We immediately revoke our access token and delete the stored ad-account ID and any cached metadata held by ShipAd.


What we delete vs. what stays

Deleted by us when you request deletion or disconnection:

  • Ad account IDs and Page IDs you authorized us to use
  • OAuth refresh tokens
  • Cached metadata (account name, currency, time zone, available Pages)
  • Performance snapshots stored by ShipAd

Not deleted by us — they live in your ad-platform account, not ours:

  • Campaigns, ad sets, and ads created in your Meta Ad Account or Google Ads account. These are yours and remain in those platforms. To remove them, delete or pause them in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads directly.
